Watch the moment the brawl sweeps through the streets outside the Salford apartment building in the early hours of the morning

This is when a huge brawl broke out in the street outside a building in Salford.

The brawl was filmed by concerned residents as a group of young people attacked.

Footage was taken outside the Adelphi Wharf apartments on Adelphi Street around 3 a.m. on Monday, December 27.

A witness said the fight, which involved around ten people, lasted 15 minutes.

The police were called but the group dispersed before the police arrived.

A witness, who declined to give his name, told the Manchester Evening News he woke up to the sound of screaming in the early hours of the morning.

The 24-year-old said: “I was woken up by their screams and by some of the women in the group yelling at the men to get rid of each other.

The group finally dispersed

“I went to my bedroom window to see what was going on and it was clear that one man was on the losing side and the other was not giving up.

“I called the police and they told me it had already been reported.

“But as soon as the call was over, the group dispersed.

“Half entered the building and the other went down to rue Adelphi.

“This is the first time I’ve seen a fight, I’ve been living here since July and you sometimes hear parties and screams but not too often.”
