Teenager charged with death of West Lothian couple | UK News

A teenager has been charged in connection with the death of a couple at their home on Boxing Day.

Denis and Mary Fell, both 73, were found dead at their home in Raeburn Rigg, Livingston, West Lothian, around 11:40 p.m. Sunday. Sudden death had previously been reported on the property.

Scottish police said on Tuesday that a 19-year-old man had been arrested and charged in connection with their deaths.

He is scheduled to appear in city sheriff’s court on Wednesday.

DCI Kevin Houliston of the Scottish Police Main Investigation Team said: ‘Our hearts are with the family and friends of Mr and Mrs Fell and everyone affected by this tragic incident.

“A continued presence can be observed in the area as officers continue to investigate, but this was a contained incident and there was no risk to the general public.”
