The predators approached the teenager from behind in an alley and took her to a residential street near Peckham Rye station, where they sexually assaulted her. South London station will remain closed today as police investigate the attack.

No arrests were made.

Both men are described as wearing dark clothing. They both wore gloves and face coverings.

The woman is being cared for by specialist officers, reports My London.

Met Police said the victim was walking down the aisle around 10:20 p.m. Thursday when she was “approached from behind by two men who took her to Holly Grove where they raped her.”

A spokesperson for Southeastern Railway tweeted: “Trains will not stop at Peckham Rye as long as police continue to deal with an incident at the station. Once the emergency services have completed their investigations, the trains will be able to stop at the station again.”

Thameslink has advised travelers to plan alternative journeys as Peckham Rye station remains closed.

A spokesperson tweeted: “Peckham Rye station is closed this morning. If you normally use the station you will need to use an alternative station nearby or use London buses to complete your journey.”
