“They’re getting bought up very quickly, we have a lot of demand for the units,” said Haider Habib of HD Development Group. When completed, the Trinity Gate Condominium project will have 226 units in the three six-storey buildings, with parking mostly in the middle of the property.

The first, called the Montage, fronts Ducharme and will have 58 units. Habib said the second building will front Walker Road and be called the Tamina. It will have 86 condo units as well as 10,000 square feet of commercial space available for lease on the first floor. The project will have a mix of one- and two-bedroom condos.

The company, founded by Haider Habib’s father Abe Habib, is currently working on the plans for the Tamina with sales expected to start in the summer and construction likely starting by the end of the year, said Habib. The third building called the Castillo will be located in the back of the property and have 82 units.
