Etobicoke shooting leaves 3 people in danger of death

Toronto Police are investigating a shooting in Etobicoke that left three victims fatally injured Monday night.

Police responded to reports that one person was shot dead in the Lakeshore Boulevard West and 30th Street area in Long Branch shortly after 9 p.m.

Upon arrival, police found three victims with gunshot wounds, their injuries appeared to be serious, police said in a tweet. Paramedics treat patients on site.

Police also found cartridge cases in the area.

Roads in the area have been closed due to the investigation and people are urged to expect delays.
